• funkcjonowania wątroby i dróg żółciowych,
• gospodarki węglowodanowej organizmu,
• funkcjonowania przewodu pokarmowego,
• zależności pomiędzy mikrobiotą jelitową a pasożytami przewodu pokarmowego,
• naturalnych mechanizmów obronnych organizmu.
